Adam Schiff Caught in HUGE LIE About Carter Page’s March 2016 Interview With FBI Officials

Cristina Laila by Cristina Laila

Leaker, liar and ranking member of the House Intel Committee, Adam Schiff (D-CA) has some ‘splanin’ to do.LIAR-LIAR...PANTS ON FIRE

Carter Page says his interview with the FBI in March of 2016, before the Russia dossier was compiled, had nothing to do with Russian collusion or the Trump campaign, rather he was questioned about events that transpired in 2013 in a case where he was a witness in support of the FBI, reports Paul Sperry.

This statement by Page directly contradicts Adam Schiff’s 10-page memo wherein he claims the former Trump campaign advisor was grilled by the FBI in March of 2016 about his ties to Russia.
Obama’s FBI/DOJ obtained 4 FISA warrants on former Trump campaign advisor Carter Page. One FISA warrant and three subsequent renewals on Page allowed Obama’s thugs to spy on Trump’s campaign.
In an effort to justify using a FOREIGN intelligence spy warrant on an American citizen [Carter Page], leaker and liar Adam Schiff claimed the former Trump campaign advisor was long on the FBI radar for his shadowy ties to Russia. In fact, Schiff said in his 10-page junk memo that Carter Page was grilled by the FBI in March of 2016, before the Russia dossier was compiled, about his Russian contacts.
“The FBI interviewed Page multiple times about his Russian intelligence contacts, including in March 2016. The FBI’s concern about and knowledge of Page’s activities therefore long predate the FBI’s receipt of Steele’s information,” Adam Schiff and House Dems argued in the 10-page junk memo they released in response to Nunes’ devastating FISA abuse memo.
“In order to understand the context in which the FBI sought a FISA warrant for Carter Page, it is necessary to understand … what the FBI knew about Page prior to making application to the court — including Page’s previous interaction with Russian intelligence operatives,” Adam Schiff said.
This is a complete lie according to an interview investigative reporter, Paul Sperry conducted with Carter Page.
Paul Sperry reported:
In an interview with RealClearInvestigations, Page insists that the [March 2016] interview in question – held at then-U.S. attorney Preet Bharara’s office in New York — had “absolutely nothing” to do with the Trump campaign or Russian collusion. Instead of being grilled about shadowy ties, he says he answered questions “related to events in 2013, in a case where I had served as a witness in support of the FBI.”
In 2013, a Russian national working as an unregistered foreign agent at a Russian bank in Manhattan sought information from Page, a longtime energy consultant, related to U.S. efforts to develop alternative energy resources, according to court papers filed by the FBI. Although Page thought the man was a legitimate banker after meeting him at an energy symposium in New York City, he was a Russian agent under federal investigation. He was later caught on surveillance dismissing Page as an “idiot.”
The FBI informed Page in 2013 that the Russians might be trying to recruit him.
A U.S. Naval Academy alumnus, Page cooperated as a witness in that case, which was coordinated with the bureau’s Counterespionage Section Chief Peter Strzok in Washington, and he helped the government convict the Russian spy. Evgeny Buryakov pleaded guilty to espionage-related charges on March 11, 2016. FBI agents, as well as federal prosecutors, huddled with Page around that time to tie up loose ends, he said. “It had absolutely nothing to do with the election interference story, which surfaced months later,” Page said.
Page’s March 2016 interview with the FBI was conducted several days BEFORE Trump announced he chose Page as an advisor, further poking holes in Schiff’s claims.
Schiff claims Carter Page was on the FBI’s radar due to his prior run-in with Russians, even though they never successfully recruited Page.
In the end, the Russians were unable to recruit Page and never received any state secrets from him. Monaghan did not recommend espionage or any other charges against Page, who by all accounts acted as a reliable and trusted witness in the case. Far from being a Russian spy, Page was characterized to the court as someone who helped the FBI catch Russian spies.
The government turned on Carter Page [perhaps it’s an act] simply because he chose to work with Trump.
All of a sudden Carter Page became a national security threat–enough of a threat that the FBI used a foreign court to spy on him as if he was a double agent.
Carter Page’s revelation that his March 2016 FBI interview had nothing to do with Russians or the Trump campaign is another blow to the Russian collusion hoax.
Page’s role in all of this is highly suspicious as well. Was he a plant?

Florida Lawmaker Seeks To Create Nationwide Gun Registry
[This should finish off the old apostate conservative]
by Tom Knighton
Anti-gun zealots like to grandstand. They’ll use any opportunity to try and do so.
Ostensibly, they’ll claim their efforts are necessary to draw attention to the issue of gun control as if the American public has been oblivious to the debate despite the near constant barrage by the mainstream media.
Ultimately, though, they tend to betray their deepest, darkest desires regardless of any rhetoric to the contrary. Take, for example, the latest effort to pop up.
U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson introduced legislation this week that would create a national gun registry.
Known as the “Crime Gun Tracing Modernization Act,” the bill would require ATF to set up a “searchable, computerized database” of all records pertaining to the sale, importation, production or shipment of firearms. The agency would be given three years to get the system up and running.
“The fact that there is a law on the books that forces agents to comb through millions of files by hand is absolutely ridiculous,” said Nelson, a Florida Democrat.
Under current federal law Big Brother is prohibited from tracking gun purchases. All transfer records remain in the possession of an FFL until a firearm is involved in a crime. Then, investigators can contact the FFL to get the pertinent info on who the gun was sold to. Only when an FFL goes out of business does it turn records over to the ATF’s National Tracing Center in West Virginia.
Supporters are likely to try and argue that without universal background checks, the bill couldn’t possibly create a firearm registry. However, we also know they want exactly that.
In other words, they want to know where every law-abiding citizen with a gun is at all times.
How this will reduce crime, however, is still a mystery, especially since we have ample evidence that criminals do not follow the law in obtaining their firearms. They either steal them or purchase them illegally, either by falsifying information during what appear to be legal sales or through the black market itself. In other words, this won’t do a damn thing to stop anyone from doing anything illegal, nor is it going to help the police apprehend people who do.
But what it easily can do is make confiscation a simple matter. If you know where the guns are, you know which doors to kick in.
Anti-gun zealots can claim all they want that no one is coming for your guns, but their every move seems to be an attempt to move the nation in exactly that direction.
That’s the only thing a registry will do. We’ve seen how authorities have used that before. Why should we believe them if they claim this time it will be different.
The truth is, while people like Emma Gonzalez, who happens to be championing this bill, I might add, and her fellow travelers claim that they want guns to be a nonpartisan issue and engender compromise with their ideological opponents, pushing for laws that are very much on the other sides’ “never gonna happen” is not the way to make that happen.
If a law like this goes into effect, I fully expect to be reporting on an increased number of boating accidents happening within the first week following the law’s passage.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD FRUSTRATED WITH ARKANSAS ABORTION LAW. ASKS JUDGE TO RECONSIDER AGAIN
Grace Carr | Reporter

Less than two weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a case that would have allowed Planned Parenthood to continue offering medication abortions, the abortion organization asked a federal judge to reconsider the ruling.
Planned Parenthood attorneys asked U.S. District Judge Kristine Baker Friday to block Arkansas’ law that requires doctors who provide medication abortions to have a contract with another physician having hospital-admitting privileges, according to ABC News. Planned Parenthood became no longer able to administer medication abortions at its three locations in the state following the Supreme Court’s May 28 refusal to hear its suit against Arkansas’ Abortion-Inducing Drugs Safety Act. The abortion organization has been forced to cancel a number of appointments since the court’s ruling. (RELATED: Planned Parenthood Cancels Appointments Left And Right After Supreme Court Ruling)
Previously a Little Rock federal judge prevented the 2015 law from being enforced. The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, however, overturned that judge’s previous decision, after which Planned Parenthood challenged the ruling. The abortion organization alleges the law presents an undue burden on women’s access to abortion when requiring abortion doctors to have a contract with a physician who has admitting privileges at a local hospital. (RELATED: Arkansas Effectively Banned Pill-Induced Abortions, And The Supremes Won’t Stop It)
Planned Parenthood does not look kindly upon the Supreme Court’s decision as evidenced by its second request for another judgement on the law. “This dangerous law also immediately ends access to safe, legal abortion at all but one health center in the state,” Planned Parenthood Vice President Dawn Laguens said following the Supreme Court’s ruling.
The case, “Planned Parenthood of Arkansas & Eastern Oklahoma v. Jegley.,” persists.

Black GOP senate candidate: Descendants of slaves better off in America than Africa

Bishop EW Jackson is running for the Republican nomination for senate in Virginia. Jackson, an African-American, believes that without minimizing the evils of slavery, blacks Americans are blessed to be living in this country as compared to blacks in African nations.
“Our ancestors may have came on different ships,” Jackson told me on WMAL radio in Washington, “but we’re all in the same boat now.”

O’Connor: What do you think it would say, being an African American Virginian and representing the Commonwealth of Virginia after the long history of the commonwealth, being really the birth place of representative democracy in what were then the colonies… to be, you know, the decedent of slaves, to represent the commonwealth… you don’t address it very often on the stump but to me I think the symbolism is quite beautiful.

Jackson: It really is and really to me underscores my love for this country because what Americans need to understand, particularly our young people who in many ways, in my view, are being indoctrinated and being victimized [inaudible], no place is perfect. There is no perfect nation on earth but if you want to compare America to the world [inaudible] there’s never been a better place. And I’m a representative of that. I get emotional even when I think about it because I often reflect on what would I be doing? Where would I be? What opportunities would I have if I had to live some place in Africa, for example, or in some other part of the world? And the likelihood is that I would have nowhere near the opportunities I’ve had in this great country of ours. And that’s a message that I think is being lost in a lot of the political rhetoric and I want to remind people I think Virginia is the right place [inaudible] …birthplace of the constitutional republic,  we are the right state to show Americans who we really are and why we are the greatest nation mankind has ever known.

O’Connor: I think that’s a very powerful message. But I just want to clarify, because you know some people hear that EW Jackson and they’ll say, is EW Jackson saying that despite the horrible reality of slavery, in the long run, descendants of slaves living in America are actually better off than had they not been brought here?

Jackson: I believe [inaudible] I really do. I believe that with all my heart. And look, I’m in no way minimizing the pain, the suffering, the evil of slavery. But I would remind people that slavery was, for all practical purposes, a worldwide phenomenon. And sub-Saharan Africans weren’t the first people to be enslaved. This is not, for me, a racial problem, it’s a human problem. And slavery by they way is still going on in the world. And I’m not just talking about sex trafficking either, I’m talking about the enslavement of people and actually turning them into lifelong servants. It’s still happening. But it ain’t happening here. Look, I’ve often said our ancestors may have came on different ships, but we’re all in the same boat now and we need to stop obsessing about how they got here and just be thankful that they got here
Jackson is in a three-way primary in Virginia against Prince William County Chairman Corey Stewart and Virginia State Delegate Nick Freitas. The primary is June 12. The winner will square off against incumbent Democrate Tim Kaine.

Ben Rhodes can't answer questions about Obama secretly granting Iran access to US financial system

Ben Rhodes, a former top aide to President Barack Obama, repeatedly dodged questions from CNN's Wolf Blitzer Friday about a new report claiming his administration misled Congress about granting Iran access to the U.S. financial system during the negotiation of the Iranian nuclear deal.

On Wednesday, Senate Republicans released a report claiming that the Obama administration secretly granted Iran a license "that authorized a conversion of Iranian assets worth billions of U.S. dollars using the U.S. financial system," despite administration officials testifying before Congress that granting Iran access to the U.S. financial system was never on the table as a negotiating tool.
The former deputy national security adviser for strategic communications tried to shoot down the idea the administration misled Congress by telling Blitzer that it was only a "single license granted" that was "never even used.
Rhodes added that it doesn't really matter how the administration operated, as Republicans "got what they wanted. They tore up the Iran deal."
"Instead of actually putting forward a policy for nuclear weapons going forward, they are investigating things in a partisan way that happened years ago," he stated. "And frankly what is more concerning to me is the fact that a few days ago the supreme leader of Iran said they're going to resume the nuclear enrichment activities. That is what we should be worried about here."
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, gave a slightly different reaction to the report.
"The Obama Iran nuclear deal was a devil's bargain, but one exclusively designed to help the devil," Cruz said in a statement responding to Wednesday's report. "The Obama administration was even working in secret to circumvent the weaker sanctions left over from the nuclear deal - and they were lying to Congress about it."
"They subordinated American law and the U.S. financial system to the deal, hatching a scheme that would have put the U.S. dollar and U.S. banks to work moving money for the Iranians," he added, before calling for an investigation to "get to the bottom of whatever else the Obama administration sacrificed at the altar of the Iran deal."

Top Iranian official admits for first time Iran aided al Qaeda terrorists
BY: Adam Kredo

Iranian officials, in a first, have admitted to facilitating the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the U.S. by secretly aiding the free travel of al Qaeda operatives who eventually went on to fly commercial airliners into the Twin Towers in New York City, according to new remarks from a senior Iranian official.
Mohammad-Javad Larijani, an international affairs assistant in the Iran's judiciary, disclosed in Farsi-language remarks broadcast on Iran's state-controlled television that Iranian intelligence officials secretly helped provide the al Qaeda attackers with passage and gave them refuge in the Islamic Republic, according to an English translation published by Al Arabiya.
"Our government agreed not to stamp the passports of some of them because they were on transit flights for two hours, and they were resuming their flights without having their passports stamped. However their movements were under the complete supervision of the Iranian intelligence," Larijani was quoted as saying.
The remarks represent the first time senior Iranian officials have publicly admitted to aiding al Qaeda and playing a direct role in facilitating the 9/11 attacks.
The U.S. government has long accused Iran of playing a role in the attacks and even fined the Islamic Republic billions as a result. The U.S. 9/11 Commission assembled to investigate the attacks concluded that Iran played a role in facilitating the al Qaeda terrorists.
Larijani admitted that Iranian officials did not stamp the passports of the al Qaeda militants in order to obfuscate their movements and prevent detection by foreign governments. Al Qaeda operative also were given safe refuge in Iran.
"The Americans took this as evidence of Iran's cooperation with al-Qaeda and viewed the passage of an airplane through Iran's airspace, which had one of the pilots who carried out the attacks and a Hezbollah military leader sitting [next to] him on board, as evidence of direct cooperation with al-Qaeda through the Lebanese Hezbollah," Larijani was quoted as saying in the May 30 interview, which is gaining traction on social media.
The U.S. government has not formally commented on the interview, but did highlight it in an official tweet from the State Department’s Arabic-only Twitter page.

Trump retracts his endorsement of G7 final statement

President Trump retracted his endorsement of the final statement from the G7, tweeting afterward he had instructed representatives "not to endorse" it. He blamed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's statement afterward that Canada will not be "pushed around" and will go through will retaliatory tariffs.
Based on Justin’s false statements at his news conference, and the fact that Canada is charging massive Tariffs to our U.S. farmers, workers and companies, I have instructed our U.S. Reps not to endorse the Communique as we look at Tariffs on automobiles flooding the U.S. Market!
Trudeau, who has been sparring with Mr. Trump on trade in recent days, announced at the conclusion of the G-7 summit in Canada that the retaliatory tariffs will go into effect July 1. Trudeau said he told Mr. Trump "it would be with regret but it would be with absolute clarity and firmness that we move forward with retaliatory measures on July 1, applying equivalent tariffs to the ones that the Americans have unjustly applied to us."
"Canadians, we're polite, we're reasonable, but we also will not be pushed around," Trudeau said.
Mr. Trump responded directly to this statement in a tweet Saturday evening, writing that Trudeau "acted so meek and mild" and then held the press conference afterward criticizing the U.S.
PM Justin Trudeau of Canada acted so meek and mild during our @G7 meetings only to give a news conference after I left saying that, “US Tariffs were kind of insulting” and he “will not be pushed around.” Very dishonest & weak. Our Tariffs are in response to his of 270% on dairy!
Mr. Trump, who arrived at the summit late, left early Saturday, departing for Singapore for his summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Mr. Trump declared tariffs were the most important topic at the G7 summit, blasting ally nations for what he sees as them taking advantage of the U.S. He said other nations have been treating the U.S. like the "piggy back that everybody's robbing." Mr. Trump also warned that retaliating against the U.S. tariffs would be a "mistake," suggesting that the U.S. might just not deal with countries who fail to treat the U.S. at his standards.
Trudeau on Saturday said the U.S., Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Italy and Japan figured out "consensus language" they could all agree to. Trudeau says what the leaders did this weekend was "roll up our sleeves" and figure out language they could agree to on a broad range of issues.
On his way to Singapore Saturday, Mr. Trump tweeted that he thinks fair and reciprocal trade will happen.
Just left the @G7 Summit in beautiful Canada. Great meetings and relationships with the six Country Leaders especially since they know I cannot allow them to apply large Tariffs and strong barriers to...

"The United States will not allow other countries to impose massive Tariffs and Trade Barriers on its farmers, workers and companies," Mr. Trump continued. "While sending their product into our country tax free. We have put up with Trade Abuse for many decades — and that is long enough."
