True Colors Emerge: Bernie Reveals He Wants Rapists, Child Molesters, and Murderers to VOTE from Prison

Ashley (Kimber)

For the most part, Republicans are much tougher on crime than Democrats are. (For the most part? I mean virtually 100% of the time.)
For one, we don’t think everyone is a “victim.” You dictate your own destiny – you are accountable for your own actions. If you mess up, you’re going to face the consequences. PERIOD.

Democrats like to tell criminals it’s not their FAULT they’re criminals. They’re simply a victim of their environment!

It’s safe to say then, that Democrats think they have violent criminals in the bag when it comes to votes.

…which is why Bernie is making sure they get to. Even if still behind bars.

According to the Des Moines Register:

While Iowa struggles on whether to restore voting rights to felons who have completed their prison sentences, Sen. Bernie Sanders said people convicted of felonies should never lose access to the ballot box in the first place.

At a town hall meeting in Muscatine’s West Middle School gymnasium Saturday, the Vermont senator was asked whether the imprisoned should have the right to vote. Only his home state and Maine allow felons to vote from behind bars.

international investigators looking into

the lion. Air-crashes agree that the automated

“I think that is absolutely the direction we should go,” he said.

Of course you do, Bern.

You just want to win.

While most states disenfranchise felons, Sanders said the convicted still have a right to participate in elections.

“In my state, what we do is separate. You’re paying a price, you committed a crime, you’re in jail. That’s bad,” he said. “But you’re still living in American society and you have a right to vote. I believe in that, yes, I do.”

Listen – I think that some “felons” are good people that made bad choices. Especially when it comes to non-violent drug consumption crimes. People make stupid mistakes.

But when it comes to violent felons?

Yeah. Can you imagine a man who say… raped your daughter, having a choice as to who our next President is?

Yeah, I don’t think so.

Jobless claims in America reach lowest levels in five decades under Trump
by Jerry McCormick

Donald Trump promised to put Americans back to work again, and he has done just that.

The latest jobs reports showed that jobless claims are at their lowest since 1969 under Trump.

The Trump Effect

The last time this few Americans filed for unemployment benefits was December 1969.

There several factors that have created the job spurt in this country.

First and foremost, there were tax cuts. Companies finally had money to grow and add jobs, and that is exactly what they did with the tax cuts.

This added jobs across the board and revived positions in some niches that were cut back in 2008.

Second, the administration has been cracking down on immigration, which means fewer illegals taking under-the-table jobs.

Companies that were using illegals regularly have been forced to create real positions that are now being filled by actual Americans.

This has also created an increase in wages.

With the talent pool drying up, companies that want the top talent in their respective fields are being forced to pay more money to these individuals to either keep them or lure them away from other companies.

No Signs of Slowing Down

As the initial impact of the tax cuts fades, many pundits were expecting layoffs to run rampant — but that is not happening.

Companies are still reporting a shortage of workers, and that does not appear to something that will change drastically anytime soon.

And while job growth has slowed somewhat, it is still significantly higher than growth in the working-age population.

Most critics of Trump’s economic plan predicted that the country would be in a downward spiral by this time, but that is obviously not the case.

The only thing that is capable of hurting the economy at this point is a Democrat winning the presidency in 2020.

‘Shameless Trivialization Of The Holocaust’: America’s Largest Pro-Israel Group Slams Beto For Comparing Trump To Third Reich

By RYAN SAAVEDRA  @REALSAAVEDRA

Morton Klein, the president of the Zionist Organization of America, which is America's oldest and largest pro-Israel group, slammed Democrat presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke for engaging in Holocaust trivialization.

While campaigning last week, O'Rourke falsely claimed that President Donald Trump called asylum seekers "animals and an infestation," before saying: "Now we would not be surprised if in the Third Reich other human beings were described as an infestation, as a cockroach or a pest that you would want to kill."

ZOA immediately condemned O'Rourke in a tweet, writing: "The Zionist Organization of America condemns this type of hateful and ignorant rhetoric in the strongest possible terms. Mr. O’Rourke should immediately apologize for his willful trivialization of the Holocaust."

Replying to @RealSaavedra

The Zionist Organization of America condemns this type of hateful and ignorant rhetoric in the strongest possible terms. Mr. O’Rourke should immediately apologize for his willful trivialization of the Holocaust.

Klein later condemned O'Rourke in a statement provided to The Daily Wire:

ZOA condemns O’Rourke’s disgraceful and ignorant and insensitive comments comparing Trump to the Third Reich. Especially in light of the fact that Trump has been the greatest friend to the Jewish State of Israel we’ve ever had in the White House and that his daughter, son-in-Law and grandchildren are Orthodox Jews.

As a child of Holocaust survivors, I demand that O’Rourke must immediately apologize to President Trump and the Jewish people for his moronic and shameless trivialization of the Holocaust which massacred 6 million Jews including most of my own grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins and my fathers first family. Shame on Mr. O’Rourke!

O'Rourke's comments were so shocking that even members of the media immediately pressed him on why he made the comparison. O'Rourke responded by making five false or misleading statements about the president and the administration.

Chelsea Handler Talks Breakdown After Trump Election: IHad To See A Shrink

This is not the first time that O'Rourke has engaged in trivializing World War II and the horrifying acts of evil that occurred at the hands of Nazi Germany.

In March, O’Rourke embraced the climate change hysteria peddled by socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in a speech where he compared people who write climate change proposals to "those who were on the beaches in Normandy" taking gunfire from Nazi soldiers.

"Let us all be well aware that life will be a lot tougher for the generations that follow us, no matter what we do," O'Rourke said. "It is only a matter of degrees. Along this current trajectory, there will be people who can no longer live in the cities they call home today. There is food grown in this country that will no longer prosper in these soils. There is going to be massive migration of tens or hundreds of millions of people from places that are going to be uninhabitable or under the sea."

"This is the final chance," O'Rourke continued. "The scientists are unanimous on this. We have no more than 12 years to take incredibly bold action on this crisis. My gratitude is to them for the young people who stepped up to offer such a bold proposal to meet such a grave challenge. They say we should do nothing less than marshal every resource in the country to meet that challenge, to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, to get to net zero emissions, which means not only must we emit less greenhouse gasses, we must plant things that absorb greenhouse gasses and carbon and invest in the technology to allow us to claim some that are in the air now. Can we make it? I don't know. It's up to every one of us. Do you want to make it? "

Democrat Beto O’Rourke Calls Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu a ‘Racist’

Democrat presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “racist” on Sunday, telling an audience in Iowa that the U.S.-Israel relationship must “transcend a prime minister who is racist.”

O’Rourke’s full comments, as reported by The Hill, were as follows:

The US-Israel relationship is one of the most important relationships that we have on the planet, and that relationship, if it is successful, must transcend partisanship in the United States, and it must be able to transcend a prime minister who is racist [sic], as he warns against Arabs coming to the polls [sic], who wants to defy any prospect for peace as he threatens to annex the West Bank [sic], and who has sided with a far-right racist party in order to maintain his hold on power [sic].

O’Rourke did not offer any evidence that Netanyahu is “racist.” The evidence is arguably to the contrary. Last year, as Breitbart News reported, Netanyahu spoke to the annual memorial service in Jerusalem for Ethiopian Jews who died on their escape from famine and war in Africa to the only country that would offer them refuge, telling the gathering: “The entire nation of Israel can learn so much from you … We are as one

person, with one heart.”

The remark about “warn[ing] against Arabs coming to the polls” refers to an incident in the 2015 election, when the prime minister posted a Facebook video in which he warned his supporters: “Right-wing rule is in danger. Arab voters are coming out in droves to the polls. Left-wing organizations are busing them out.”

The remark happened to be true; foreign organizations and governments — including the U.S. under President Barack Obama, who wanted to see Netanyahu defeated — were interfering in the Israeli elections, hoping to turn out the 20% Arab minority. Later, Netanyahu apologized for the remark, and has made a point of developing new relations with Arab governments.

Netanyahu has, in fact, promised to annex Israeli communities in the West Bank (known to Israelis as Judea and Samaria), but he has not said he would annex the entire territory. What O’Rourke calls an obstacle to peace is believed by some Israelis to be the only path to peace, as Palestinians continue to attack Jewish civilians in the area.

The far-right party to which O’Rourke refers is Otzma Yehudit. Netanyahu did not “side” with them, but rather brokered an agreement between them and another small right-wing party to ensure that votes cast for either would not be wasted when they failed, as individual parties, to meet the threshold for seats in the Israeli Knesset. Though Netanyahu has encouraged Israeli voters to choose his Likud party and not the smaller parties, he wanted to preserve the possibility of a coalition that would include all right-wing parties — which is necessary to hold power, just as Netanyahu’s rivals would have to work with Arab parties, some of which are opposed to Israel’s existence.

O’Rourke’s attack on Netanyahu is more aggressive than the comment he made last month, when he claimed that Netanyahu has “openly sided with racists.” He went further Sunday, saying he does not believe Netanyahu “represents the true will of the Israeli people” — seeming to call the legitimacy of Israeli democracy into question as Israeli voters go to the polls on Tuesday.

O’Rourke’s accusations come as Democrats have embraced anti-Israel politicians and struggle to condemn a surge of anti semitism within their own ranks. They also came a day after both President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence made a pitch to Jewish voters at the Republican Jewish Coalition leadership conference in Las Vegas, telling them that Democrats had moved decisively against support for Israel.

Last week, O’Rourke was the guest of Al Sharpton, a notorious racist and antisemite whom Jews blamed for deadly riots in Brooklyn that killed a visiting religious student, Yankel Rosenbaum. O’Rourke told Sharpton’s National Action Network that he favored reparations for slavery, nearly 160 years after the end of the U.S. Civil War.

Dan Rather & Co. Rerun Fake News on Trump's Immigrants-as-'Animals' Quote

By Tim Graham

Timothy Meads at Townhall pointed out that liberal journalists shouldn't be falling for old hoaxes.....like the claim that Donald Trump called all immigrants "animals." NB's Scott Whitlock caught the first round of the hoax back in May of 2018, when large chunks of the "Facts First" gang got this wrong.

In a meeting on sanctuary cities and law enforcement, Fresno sheriff Margaret Mimms lamented that ICE couldn't have access to her database of "bad guys" because of sanctuary laws. "There could be an MS-13 member I know about — if they don’t reach a certain threshold, I cannot tell ICE about it."

Trump replied: "We have people coming into the country, or trying to come in — and we’re stopping a lot of them — but we’re taking people out of the country. You wouldn’t believe how bad these people are. These aren’t people. These are animals. And we’re taking them out of the country at a level and at a rate that’s never happened before."

Meads chronicled how the hoax bubbled up all over again:

The hoax resurfaced Twitter user Mark Elliot, who works at a firm called Economic Mobility Corp. that conducts research "on promising strategies and evaluate programs that have the potential to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives," tweeted a 47 second video of the president with the caption saying, "@RealDonaldTrump on people asking for asylum "These aren't people. These are animals."

MSNBC retweeted Elliot and his video for her 1.383 million followers, saying, "This is particularly frightening language coming out of a person vested with the power of a presidential office."

Then again, Reid tweeting out Fake News isn't exactly out of character for her. This kind of thing is why conservatives scoff at Old Media folks suggesting you can't trust Other Media on the Internet.

Meads noted she wasn't alone:

The New York Times columnist Glenn Thrush also retweeted the video, with his followers responding with comments such as "This is not America. I'm mortified," and "It's horrific. He's horrific."  One Twitter user even said, "Dehumanizing so you won’t mind when a poor child dies. This is dangerous, hateful rhetoric." Another echoed these claims saying, "Yet again, genocidal talk from the President of the United States. The nightmare continues."

Doug P. at Twitchy reported that Dan Rather smelled Fake News and jumped right in:

Michelle Malkin jumped right on that, tweeting "And like clockwork, the Godfather of Fake News whips up fake outrage over out of context quote because VIRTUE."

Brett T. at Twitchy added CNN analyst Ana Navarro also enthusiastically pushed it, with an extra layer of emotional manipulation, pretending the president was calling small persecuted children "animals."

Brett concluded: "Serious question: How can someone lie so blatantly on social media and still hold down a paid gig as a CNN contributor (to represent the Republican side of the issues, no less)? Never mind … it’s CNN. Of course they don’t care if their contributors spread fake news."

Starz American Gods And The Original Sin Of Slavery
See the source imageby Toni Williams in Cultural Issues Post Comment

As if we don’t get enough hectoring on a daily basis by our politicians about racism, woke television programs and movies feel the need to shame us further. Our politicians talk about racist police and policies and propose reparations for those never enslaved to be paid by those who have never owned slaves. The movies and television shows use storytelling that is about as subtle as a hammer to the head. The latest of these is American Gods on Starz.

For those of you who have “cut the cable”, here is a brief synopsis from Entertainment Weekly:

…American Gods is based on Neil Gaiman’s 2001 novel of the same name that begins with the premise that gods live among us in America. In fact, there are two types of gods. The old, mythical gods — like Anansi, Odin, Easter — who arrived in America when their believers emigrated here years ago via Viking ships, slave ships, or what have you. Gods are fed by worship (not croissants, as some rappers may have led you to believe), which means the modern age hasn’t been nice on these old ones since belief in them has waned and, in many places, has been supplanted by our devotion to technology and celebrities. This change has led to the manifestation of new gods embodying these consumerist concerns; for example, Media, the goddess of TV. Thus, the stage is set for the main conflict in the series: A war between the old gods and the new gods.

Two types of gods exist. The old gods are gods of mythology and the new gods are gods of Technology and Media.

I didn’t watch Season One when it originally aired. But, with Season Two coming out, I sat down and binged Season One and was addicted from the first scene. Norsemen arrive in America and it’s a shithole, but there is no wind and they cannot leave. The sailors build an image of Odin and pray to it, each put out one and even battle each other before the winds finally rise up and they can leave. The scenes are beautifully photographed and the voice over by Egyptian god Ibis/Toth actor Demore Barnes is perfection.

The coming war between the gods is seen through the eyes of Shadow Moon, recently released from prison for a botched casino robbery.

I hope I am not losing you here because this show has its really great moments. Some of the gods, demigods and jins are played by epic actors. I am a big fan of Bilquis, the Queen of Sheba who sucks a whole man into her vagina, and of Mad Sweeney, a leprechaun who has lost his lucky gold coin and has stunningly funny bad luck.

Media, New Media, Technical Boy and Mr. World are a few of the new gods, who are assisted by some of the turncoat old gods. It’s fun really.

After that the show is aggravating.

Because there is the original sin of slavery most often kvetch about by the Ghanaian god Mr. Nancy/Anansi brought to life by Orlando Jones, who is great in the role. But, I am begging the producers and writers to stop. It has become a left-wing mantra that America was conceived in Original Sin. But, I NEED to ask what country wasn’t conceived in Original Sin? What country on Earth was born of man perfected? The United States was conceived of by human beings of their time. They did the best they could.

In the following video, Mr. Nancy is summoned by a worshiper to a Dutch slave ship. He explains to them their future in America. Language alert.

Like I said, Orlando Jones is a powerful actor. I was mesmerized and angry at the same time.

And there are lynchings. Sweet Jesus. Technical Boy lynches Shadow Moon, who is black, in the first episode. In the most recent episode, the producers graphically (very) show the 1909 lynching of a black man Williams James, whose angry spirit haunts Cairo, Illinois today. There is no mention of the white man, Henry Salzner, who was lynched the same night. While blacks are about 12% of the population, they represented 70% of the lynchings. That is unfathomable.

In case we don’t get the main message of American Gods that white people are the cause of all of the ills in the world and all whites live carefree, pleasant lives while simultaneously wreaking havoc, we get treated to the following scenes:

1. In the town of Vulcan, Virginia, Mr. Wednesday and Shadow Moon visit the god Vulcan, here is what they find:

… Shadow spots several white townspeople dressed in uniforms with red armbands and carting around rifles. They come across the funeral parade where the rest of the townspeople are marching behind Vulcan. Wednesday explains how a couple of people a year die in sacrifice at the factory because it’s cheaper for the company to settle than to update the safety of the plant.

The crowd gathers in front of Vulcan as he gives a speech. Wednesday parks the car and gets out with a bottle of Soma to convince Vulcan to join him in his war. Vulcan finishes his speech and the crowd shoots their guns and rifles up into the air, causing Shadow to flinch. Vulcan tells the crowd to go in peace and Wednesday suggests for Shadow to take cover. Shadow gets back into the car as it starts raining bullets down, denting Betty yet falling harmlessly around Vulcan and Wednesday. After the bullets stop falling, Shadow joins Wednesday and Vulcan, confirming what Vulcan heard about Wednesday’s plans to start a war. Vulcan offers to get them something to eat.

2. You know how much white people hate immigration:

The episode starts with a group of would-be immigrants trying to swim from Mexico to the United States. One can’t swim, and almost drowns. He flounders, but a man walking on water steps in to help. Yes, it’s Jesus Christ, but not one readers of the original Gaiman novel would recognise. Of course, we’re never told it’s Jesus, but when you see a guy walking on water it’s pretty safe to assume it is. This miracle moment is soon thrown into chaos when American men fire on the group with their guns inscribed ‘Thy Kingdom Come – Bible verse.

The shoot out is horrific to watch. It’s a bloodbath.

The men – who we can assume are border control – turn on Jesus himself as he reaches out to them smiling. He’s shot in the hand making the statement even clearer. He falls to the ground, arms outstretched, a visual match for the crucifixion.

The fact that all of the border patrol officers are white is laughable. Apparently, the producers have never seen the U.S. border patrol agents. Idiots!

I am angry and sad. This show could have been so much fun. Just the concept of worship is huge. The old gods of mythology versus the new gods of technology is great material. Instead, the producers have given us the Social Justice Version of Original Sin.

I will probably still tune in just for Shadow Moon and Mad Sweeney.

WATCH: Candace Owens DESTROYS Democrat in congressional hearing after getting unfairly smeared

Candace Owens was on Capitol Hill today testifying as a GOP witness at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on white nationalism.

During the committee, the despicable Ted Lieu attacked Owens by playing some comments by her taken out of context, to suggest she could have supported Hitler.

Here’s that video:

Embedded video

CSPAN @cspan
.@RepTedLieu plays recording of Candace Owens: "I don't know Ms. Owens. I'm not going to characterize her. I'm going to let her own words do the talking. So, I'm going to play for you the first 30 seconds of a statement she made about Adolf Hitler."

Leiu didn’t even give Owens a chance to respond to the smear he’d just leveled at her.

But thankfully the Republican ranking member gave up his time to allow her to respond, and did she ever.

Watch:

Embedded video

CSPAN @cspan

Candace Owens: "I think it's pretty apparent that Mr. Lieu believes that black people are stupid and will not pursue the full clip…That was unbelievably dishonest…I'm deeply offended by the insinuation of revealing that clip without the question that was asked of me."

Boom!

I loved how she dropped the smack down on Ted Lieu and his hit job, correcting the record by adding the appropriate context and then calling him “unbelievably dishonest” and making clear she was deeply offended by what he’d done. It was awesome and you could tell she was fired up!

Also, Nadler is such an idiot. Owens didn’t refer to Ted Lieu as stupid in her remarks and yet he barked at her twice over it! Yet he had no apologies after she pointed out his error.

Ciao…..G’day…….
