Rep. Joe Kennedy: Americans Must Welcome the Migrant Caravan

Kennedy writes:
Today thousands more families fleeing unspeakable violence at home are marching towards our southern border. And all this government has summoned to meet them is cruel words, course threats and the specter of more innocent children forced to watch their parents dragged away.
This is the human wreckage of American immigration policy. This is the trauma and torture that dark forces of nativism, supremacy, and prejudice have brought to bear in a land that staked its name on brighter, better things: equality, dignity and freedom.
Rep. Joe Kennedy is being groomed by Democrats for a future White House run, and he tries to blame President Donald Trump for the migration, even though the poor Honduran migrants are exploiting border loopholes created by Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
“We should not worry when the striving and suffering arrive on our shores; we should worry when they stop coming at all,” he writes in the article which is also intended to tout his Kennedy brand by advertising the re-re-release of President John Kennedy’s 1964 book, “A Nation of Immigrants.”
President Kennedy argued that 1960s Americans were just not having enough kids to meet the federal government’s demand for greater economic, military and political power, according to Joe Kennedy. So President Kennedy junked Americans’ history — the pilgrims, colonists, settlers and their prosperous, self-reliant children — to help portray America merely as a “Nation of Immigrants” who work to make the State more powerful.
Joe Kennedy writes:
Few felt it as deeply as President John F. Kennedy. In his 1964 book A Nation of Immigrants, recently re-released, my great-uncle outlines the compelling case for immigration, in economic, moral, and global terms. “The abundant resources of this land provided the foundation for a great nation,” he writes. “But only people could make the opportunity a reality. Immigration provided the human resources.”
This “More Migrants!” demand of the dead President and the live Democrat treat the preferences of actual Americans as entirely subordinate to the ambitious State’s desire for more “human resources.”
President Kennedy’s plan was implemented in 1965 by his brother, Sen. Ted Kennedy, and the result is that one in five people in America are either immigrants or the children of immigrants.
In turn, this vast immigration allowed the Kennedys and their bipartisan allies to impose divide-and-rule diversity on Americans’ once-cohesive culture and politics, to shift a huge percentage of Americans’ wages towards wealthy real-estate owners and Wall Street investors, and to expand the power and reach of the federal government.
Joe Kennedy is now trying to discard President Trump’s popular American-first policies which shift power and wages back towards Americans and their children,
Joe Kennedy uses his Time article to urge his progressive and business allies to import more ill-educated Honduran laborers and consumers, whatever the impact on Americans’ ability to win good jobs, buy homes, afford children, and heal their widening political divisions.
Joe Kennedy writes:
We find our voices — like the hundreds of thousands of Americans who have risen up in response to the current immigration policies and said: No. Not on my land. Not in my name.
Unfortunately for Joe Kennedy, America is a still nation of almost 300 million Americans. So his few supporters – “Hundreds of thousands of Americans” — are not a mandate for the Kennedy clan to continue converting Americans’ homeland into a Nation of Human Resources.
Overall, the Washington-imposed economic policy of economic growth via immigration shifts wealth from young people towards older people by flooding the market with cheap white-collar and blue-collar foreign labor.
That flood of outside labor spikes profits and Wall Street values by cutting salaries for manual and skilled labor offered by blue-collar and white-collar employees. The policy also drives up real estate prices, widens wealth-gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, hurts kids’ schools and college education, pushes Americans away from high-tech careers, and sidelines at least 5 million marginalized Americans and their families, including many who are now struggling with opioid addictions.
Immigration also pulls investment and wealth away from heartland states because coastal investors can more easily hire and supervise the large immigrant populations living in the coastal states.
NBC Reporter: DNA Test Is Proof That Tomahawk Liz Committed 'Some Level of Fraud'
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) released her DNA tests recently, and it showed what we’ve known for years: she’s not really Native American. The allegation has hung around her neck since 2012. Warren has claimed that she has Cherokee ancestry. She doesn’t. She is 1/1024th Native American. I have more Native American blood than Warren…and I have none. All credit for that line goes to Donald J. Trump.
If this is the new benchmark established by liberals to shield their own from terrible acts of cultural appropriation for personal gain, then I guess we can be whoever the hell we want.
So, what to make of this? Well, NBC reporter Jonathan Allen was on The Bill Press Show yesterday, where he said that at some level, Warren committed an act of fraud (via Free Beacon) [emphasis mine]:
NBC political reporter Jon Allen said Wednesday that Sen. Elizabeth Warren's (D., Mass.) DNA test, which she could be between 1/64th and 1/1024th Native American, shows she committed "some level of fraud" by claiming Native ancestry in order to benefit from affirmative action.
"The people that are most offended by this are people who believe in affirmative action," Allen said during an interview on the "Bill Press Show," "because they're like, ‘Elizabeth Warren didn't need affirmative action.' She perpetrated some level of fraud, and that hurts affirmative action."
"She wanted to get it behind her before the midterms," Allen said when explaining why she did the DNA test and announced the results at all, "so she could have a clean slate to go in."

Warren released the results of her DNA test on Oct. 15, framing the results as confirmation of her Native American identity. Cherokee Nation issued a statement in response, saying DNA tests have no bearing on tribal affiliation and that her actions were "undermining tribal interests."

"Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong," his statement continued. "It makes a mockery out of DNA tests and its legitimate uses while also dishonoring legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, whose ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is proven. Senator Elizabeth Warren is undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage."
Now, how has this impacted Warren? Well, about half of the voters polled by Politico have not changed their opinion of her (via Politico):
Roughly half of voters — 49 percent — say Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s decision to release the results of a DNA test indicating she has some Native American ancestry makes no difference in their view of her, according to a new POLITICO/Morning Consult poll.
Prompted in part by President Donald Trump’s derisive references to her as “Pocahontas,” the Massachusetts senator made her DNA test results public last week, which indicate there is "strong evidence" she had a Native American in her family dating back 6 to 10 generations ago. Controversy over her ancestry has dogged the Massachusetts Democrat since she ran for Senate against former Republican Sen. Scott Brown in 2012 and the move was widely seen as an effort to help clear the path for a prospective 2020 presidential run.

Forty percent of voters surveyed nationally said the test’s release shifted their view in some way — 16 percent said it made their impression of Warren more favorable, while 24 percent said they view her less favorably.
Broken down by party, 57 percent of Democrats said Warren's big reveal made "no difference" in their opinion of her. The same was true for 40 percent of Republicans surveyed. Morning Consult polled 1,968 registered voters was conducted online Oct. 18 and Oct. 19, several days after the DNA test news broke. The margin of error is plus or minus 2 percentage points.
So, after years of harassing, protesting, and whining about so-called cultural appropriation, the Left is circling the wagons around a white woman who straight up committed the worst sin for this beautiful mess of an ideology. They’re defending a white woman taking a racial status that’s not hers in any way, shape, or form. Oh, and you bet that Warren isn’t apologizing for it. What a time to be alive, but also shows how Democrats continue to fail miserably to police their own. Lie-a-Watha has been exposed at least.

A Florida arrest was made this morning in the suspicious packages case, after two more “bombs” were found in Florida that were addressed to Cory Booker and James Clapper which brings the total devices to 12. The suspect was arrested in Plantation, Florida at an auto parts store and has been identified as 56-year-old Cesar Altieri Sayoc. There is a planned press conference at 2:30 Eastern, which we will monitor.
Screenshot via TwitterThe package addressed to Cory Booker was located at the Opa-Locka mail facility. The package addressed to James Clapper was located at the 52nd street mail facility in Manhattan. According to Fox, several of the packages were sent through the Opa-Locka mail station.

Police hauled away a van that had side windows completely covered in stickers. The strange thing is that generally, a police officer would have stopped that van due to the windows being obstructed. Just asking, when were the stickers put on the windows?

The narrative thus far is a ‘deranged Trump supporter.’ Mental case perhaps? None of the “devices” detonated, and no one was injured, but we expect more information at the press conference. Reports say that the man was known to police for making “terroristic threats.”
