All~God Bless America

Apparently Trump Just “Declared War”According to Manuel Hassassian, the general delegate of Palestine, President Donald Trump’s decision choice to relocate the U.S Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem will “kill the peace process.”

Manuel Hassassian Told BBC Radio this:
At a time when the entire Middle East, and the Palestinians and the Israelis need a certain breakthrough, a re-engagement in negotiations, here he comes … to start a whole new episode of confusion, anarchy, distortion to the concept of a two-state solution.
And, by announcing that, he is declaring war in the Middle East.
He’s declaring war against 1.5 billion Muslims, hundreds of millions of Christians that are not going to accept their holy shrines to be totally under the hegemony of Israel, let alone that East Jerusalem has always been known as … the future capital of Palestine.
This is the last straw that will break the camel’s back. I don’t mean war in terms of conventional war, I mean war in terms of diplomacy.

John Conyers resigned immediately after woman accused him of assaulting her in church

John Conyers resigned immediately after woman accused him of assaulting her in church
Rep. John Conyers, the man who was once hailed as a hero of the Civil Rights movement, hasn’t had the best week. After a short stint in a hospital and calls from many of his colleagues to step aside amid sexual misconduct allegations, the Michigan Democrat finally resigned on Tuesday.

But now, new reports indicate that the congressman didn’t step down because his colleagues wanted him to. Instead, Conyers’ resignation came as yet another woman came forward to claim that he groped her in church.

Elisa Grubbs, who worked for Conyers for more than a decade from 2001 to 2013, claims that Conyers put his hands up her skirt and rubbed her thighs while the two sat together in a front-row pew at church.

The New Allegations

Grubbs’ allegation came in the form of an affidavit that was released by attorney Lisa Bloom on Monday.

“Rep. Conyers slid his hand up my skirt and rubbed my thighs while I was sitting next to him in the front row of a church,” Grubbs said in the affidavit. “I was startled and sprang to my feet and exclaimed, ‘He just ran his hand up my thigh!’ Other staffers witnessed the event.”

Grubbs is the cousin of Marion Brown, another Conyers accuser.

Bloom, who is making a name for herself as a leader in sexual harassment legislation, has made headlines recently for expressing her regret for previously representing sexual abuser Harvey Weinstein.

“I can see that my just being associated with this was a mistake,” Bloom told Buzzfeed in October. “All I can say is, from my perspective, I thought, ‘Here is my chance to get to the root of the problem from the inside. I am usually on the outside throwing stones. Here is my chance to be in the inside and to get a guy to handle this thing in a different way.'”

Resign and Reign

Rep. Conyers stepped down from his House seat in light of this most recent allegation, but told a Detroit-based radio station that he wanted his son, John Conyers III, to take his vacant seat in Detroit. He said:

This too shall pass. And I want you to know that my legacy will continue through my children.
The younger Conyers has very little in terms of political experience, however, and hasn’t had the best upbringing himself.

In 2010, Conyers III, who is now 27, was caught speeding in a government-leased vehicle.
Additionally, the former representative’s son was once an amateur rapper who wrote lyrics that glorified drug deals, including: “my [censored] turn grams into grands” and “ay [censored] making a living bro, I’m trying to make history.

At one point, the younger Conyers even called his father a “f***ing player.”

An Uphill Battle

But Conyers III won’t just be up against himself. He will also struggle with detaching himself from the tainted legacy that has plagued his father.

Prior to Grubbs’ accusation, several other women came forward to accuse the elder Conyers of sexual harassment. Conyers’ staffer Deanne Maher claimed that the representative undressed and made sexual advances to her in a Washington hotel room that he made them share.

“He sat there eating sandwiches and then he stormed out and slammed the door. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself for being so stupid. I needed a job,” Maher told reporters.

Additionally, Delores Lyons, who worked for Conyers between 2010 and 2014, claimed that the congressman fondled her three different times, including an incident in which Conyers placed Lyons’ hand on his genitals while she was driving.
Though Conyers downplayed these incidents until the latest allegations, it doesn’t really matter what caused the long-standing congressman to resign — we’re just glad he’s gone for good.

Porn Star Kills Herself After Being Bullied For Refusing To Shoot With Man Who Does Gay Scenes

August Ames was labeled "homophobic" for choosing not to work with men who do gay scenes.

On Tuesday morning, 23-year-old porn star August Ames was found dead from an apparent suicide after she was bullied and branded a homophobe for refusing to shoot with a man who has sex with men on camera. Ames made it clear that she was, of course, refusing to do such work for safety reasons and was not homophobic.
According to The Blast, “Law enforcement sources tell us Ames was found early Tuesday morning in Camarillo. She was pronounced dead at the scene, and we’re told there is no indication of foul play or any other crime occurring. We’re told toxicology tests are also being conducted while the death is investigated.”
The report added, “Close friends of Ames tell us she had suffered from long term depression, and believe a recent incident with online harassment may have contributed to her death.”
The backlash was fierce when Ames took to Twitter on Sunday to warn the woman who had been tapped to replace her at EroticaX that the man she'd be working with has filmed with other men, thus potentially putting her at high risk of contracting a disease.
August Ames ✔@AugustAmesxxx

whichever (lady) performer is replacing me tomorrow for @EroticaXNews , you’re shooting with a guy who has shot gay porn, just to let cha know. BS is all I can say🤷🏽‍♀️ Do agents really not care about who they’re representing? #ladirect I do my homework for my body🤓✏️🔍

3:45 PM - Dec 3, 2017
After being ridiculed as homophobic, the porn star explained that she was merely looking out for her safety by refusing to do work with men who do gay scenes.
"NOT homophobic," she wrote. "Most girls don’t shoot with guys who have shot gay porn, for safety. That’s just how it is with me. I'm not putting my body at risk, [I] don't know what they do in their private lives."
"How am I homophobic if I myself am attracted to women?" she responded to another Twitter user's attacks. "Not wanting to have sex with gay men is not homophobic; they don’t want to have sex with me either so byeeeee."
Porn actress August Ames apparently killed herself because she stated she wouldn't want to do scenes with men who've done gay porn scenes, so she got bullied online, lost her potential gigs, and killed herself.

Good job, SJWs. Back pats all around.

3:51 PM - Dec 6, 2017

Many women who've made it out of the porn industry, such as former porn star Shelley Lubben, are actively highlighting the damage the industry does to young women, who are typically suffering mentally and emotionally before they enter the line of work.
Lubben runs a site called "The Truth Behind the Fantasy of Porn," which exposes the industry's dark underbelly through the eyes of actors and actresses tangled in drug abuse, depression, and disease.
"I hung out with a lot of people in the Adult industry," writes former porn star Becca Brat. "Everybody has the same problems. Everybody is on drugs. It's an empty lifestyle trying to fill up a void."
"The truth is I let my lifestyle get the best of me. I hate life. I'm a mess. A disaster. I've attempted suicide many times," said Neesa, another former porn actress. "No one cares about a dead porn star or stripper."
"I'm not happy," said porn star Belladonna. "I don't like myself at all. My whole entire body feels it when I’m doing it and… I feel so — so gross."
As noted by LifeSite News, Belladonna broke down during a 2003 interview with Diane Sawyer regarding the industry.
"You keep describing these awful things that happened to you. Yet, you keep smiling. Why?" asked Sawyer.
"It's so I don't start crying," she replied, as her eyes filled with tears.

Fox legal analyst says the Mueller investigation is ‘illegitimate and corrupt’

Robert Mueller’s scandal-ridden investigation into the Trump administration has been called a “witch hunt” and something that would happen in a “banana republic.” Now, one pundit is equating the FBI with a “secret police” organization, and calling out Mueller for what he calls an “illegitimate” investigation.
“I think we now know that the Mueller investigation is illegitimate and corrupt,” Fox legal analyst Gregg Jarrett said on Sean Hannity’s self-titled show on Wednesday.
Jarrett continued:
Mueller has been using the FBI as a political weapon, and the FBI has become America’s secret police: secret surveillance, wire-tapping, intimidation, harassment, and threats — it’s like the old KGB that comes for you in the dark of the night, banging through your door.
Ask Paul Manafort. They came for him and broke through his front door.

It could happen to all of us.

Jarrett appeared on Hannity alongside Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, a Republican.

“Shadow Government”

Jarrett’s comments come as numerous reports of misconduct in the FBI have been revealed by the media. It was reported by The New York Times that Mueller’s lead investigator and FBI section chief Peter Strzok was quietly removed from the probe after he was found to have sent anti-Trump text messages.
Strzok was also found to be the center of other controversial FBI investigations, including that into Hillary Clinton’s unauthorized use of a private server to send classified emails. His clear bias is generating concern among conservatives, many of whom feel the president is being wrongfully attacked.
Jarrett told Hannity:
The FBI is a shadow government now. It has become highly politicized; Peter Strzok is the perfect example of it. He led both the Hillary Clinton investigation and, until recently, the Mueller investigation. This is a guy who has corrupt political motives — we now know it, Congress has the emails — but he’s the tip of the iceberg. There are others, especially Andrew Weissmann.
Weissmann, who Hannity called “Mueller’s top attack dog” on his show’s Tuesday episode, “told former acting attorney general Sally Yates he was ‘so proud of her'” after she “refused to defend” Trump’s January travel ban.
“I am so proud. And in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects,” Weissmann wrote earlier this year.
Watch Jarrett’s full comments here:

“They Should Be Objective”

After Jarrett’s talk, Florida AG Bondi said he and Hannity “have laid out an incredible case every night” in regard to Mueller’s corrupt investigation.
As an attorney general, to me, the Justice Department…should exhibit the height of objectivity. They should be objective in everything they do, for a good reason: because this is all about the rule of law.
Bondi added that it would be “so easy” to find a team among the “great people in the Justice Department” who could do a better job than Mueller’s team has, and avoid what Jarrett called “rampant corruption” on the part of the FBI.
“It’s extortion, it’s threats, it’s bribes,” Jarrett concluded. “When you and I do it, it’s illegal and we’re thrown behind bars. When the government does it, they applaud themselves.”
High-profile conservatives like Jarrett, Hannity, and Bondi aren’t standing for this pattern of corruption — and with their help, Mueller’s probe won’t be taken seriously much longer.

Illegal Alien Taunts Family With Horrifying Courtroom Statement After Raping Woman

While much of the country’s attention was focused on the astonishing acquittal of Kate Steinle’s killer in San Francisco, another illegal immigrant accused of horrendous crimes was being held accountable for them farther up the coast in Portland, Oregon.
According to the New York Post, a Mexican national with a criminal record and series of prior deportations and re-entries named Sergio Jose Martinez was sentenced to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts including assault, burglary, kidnapping, sexual abuse, sodomy, and rape.
He remained incredibly defiant and showed no remorse while receiving his sentence. During the sentencing hearing, throughout which Martinez was repeatedly spotted smirking and smiling, the brother of one of his victims stated: “Sergio, no sentencing is enough. I rather you rot in hell.”
Later, as Martinez was being led out of court, he returned the sentiment to the family and replied, “See all you guys in hell.”

According to KOIN, the 31-year-old Martinez was being sentenced for the violent assault of two women in two separate incidents on July 24.
In the first incident, Martinez broke into the home of a 65-year-old woman, assaulted her, forcibly raped her and then stole her cell phone, purse and car.
The victim managed to call the police from a neighbor’s home after her assailant fled. Law enforcement was then able to track the stolen phone and find the stolen car.
However, in the meantime, Martinez had launched another attack on another woman, this time in a parking garage. Despite Martinez having a knife, the woman put up a fight and drew attention from passers-by, which prompted Martinez to try and flee, only to be caught by police shortly afterward.
Martinez’ arrest record dated back to at least 2003, with more than a dozen arrests, and he reportedly served prison time in both Oregon and California over the years.
Incredibly, Martinez had been taken into custody at some point earlier in the year prior to the assaults, but was released by the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office in spite of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer being placed on Martinez — all due to the state’s sanctuary law.
KGW reported that Martinez had been deported by the U.S. government no less than 20 separate times, but had only received at least five probation violations for unauthorized re-entry into the country.
His most recent deportation occurred in November of 2016, and it is unclear when he re-entered the country after that date.
The man’s criminal record included prior convictions of burglary, battery, theft, and obstructing a police officer, and he was known to be an habitual abuser of methamphetamine.

The New York Post noted that the Multnomah County Sheriff seemed to sidestep his role in allowing the crimes in July to occur by virtue of his releasing Martinez, and even seemed to cast blame on the federal government for the illegal alien being in the country in the first place.
“He was released consistent with the orders of the court. No federal or state criminal warrants were present at the time he left our custody,” stated Sheriff Michael Reese, even as he admitted that Martinez “returned to commit additional crimes” after having been previously deported.
“It would help our community to understand how he was held accountable by federal authorities for multiple, illegal re-entries,” Reese added.
Well, sheriff, maybe if you had held onto the guy until ICE came along to pick him up, he might have been held accountable, especially under the current administration, as opposed to the prior collective. Then, two innocent women in your jurisdiction wouldn’t have been assaulted, one of them sexually.
Please share this on Facebook and Twitter so everyone can see the criminal illegal immigrant Portland authorities allowed back onto the streets to commit more crimes, and who will now serve a lengthy sentence behind bars.

John Conyers’ Son Arrested in February, Accused of Stabbing Girlfriend in Domestic Dispute

John Conyers III, the son of embattled Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), had been accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend in a domestic dispute in February, reports say.

The younger Conyers, a Detroit hedge fund manager who had been endorsed by his father to take his place in the House of Representatives, was arrested but not charged for allegedly stabbing and bodyslamming his then-girlfriend during an argument they had in Los Angeles, California, the New York Times reported.
Conyers III told the Times in an interview Wednesday about the encounter as a way to prevent scandal after his father announced his retirement following allegations of sexual harassment.
The younger Conyers said he and his girlfriend got into an argument at 3 a.m. February 15 that turned into a physical fight. Police later arrested him for domestic violence, but the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office dropped the charges.
His girlfriend, who is not identified in court documents, secured a restraining order against Conyers III that remains in effect through March 2018.
Conyers III maintained his innocence in the interview with the Times.
“She says I stabbed her, which makes no sense,” Conyers III, 27, said. “I didn’t do this. She and I had a verbal altercation, and that escalated. She pulled the knife on me. She was chasing me. I tried to take it from her. There was a struggle. I pinned her to the wall. She kept swinging, and she cut herself.”
The girlfriend, however, told a different story to police. She told investigators that her 27-year-old boyfriend at the time became violent after accusing her of cheating on him.
She added that Conyers III “body slammed her on the bed and then on the floor where he pinned her down and spit on her,” according to court documents obtained by the New York Daily News.
After she tried to call the police, Conyers allegedly snatched her phone and chased her into the kitchen. She brandished a knife and yelled at him to leave, but Conyers allegedly snatched the knife from her hands and sliced her arm while swinging the knife at her.
Conyers III had been released $50,000 bond the same day as his arrest, and the district attorney’s office declined to pursue charges, citing a “lack of independent witnesses.”
Although the girlfriend suffered a small stab wound to her lower bicep, prosecutors said they did not have enough evidence to prove that she did not accidentally injure herself.
The elder Conyers announced his retirement from Congress Tuesday and endorsed the younger Conyers to run as his successor.
The longest-serving House member had been hospitalized recently for what staffers say are stress-related health issues.
Conyers announced in November that he would step down from his seat as a ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee as accusations of his sexually harassing employees mounted.
A BuzzFeed News report revealed that Conyers’ congressional office paid a former female staffer $27,000 of taxpayer funds to settle a sexual harassment claim, which prompted the House Ethics Committee to investigate Conyers’ conduct.

Rep. Stewart suggests Mueller should be arrested for his corrupt investigation

Rep. Stewart suggests Mueller should be arrested for his corrupt investigationLoadedAaron / CCL; usembassytallinn / CCL

House Republicans aren’t playing games anymore.
Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) suggested on Tuesday that Robert Mueller should be arrested for leading a corrupt investigation. “I’m only half-kidding on this,” Stewart said. “When they come to the hill we should arrest him [Mueller].”
This comes as Mueller’s investigation is under scrutiny following revelations that a top investigator who was dismissed over the summer had anti-Trump biases. The probe is now fixating on whether Trump can be charged with obstruction of justice for firing Michael Flynn, former national security adviser, at a time when Trump allegedly knew Flynn had lied to the FBI.

Mueller Obstructing Justice?

Speaking to David Asman on Fox’s After the Bell, Stewart suggested that the House should escalate past contempt charges and arrest Mueller for obstructing justice. The nearly-$7 million investigation has so far found no evidence with which to charge Trump with collusion.
If anyone is obstructing justice, said Stewart, it’s Mueller and the Justice Department themselves.
Stewart and other House Republicans have pressed the Department of Justice (DOJ) for months on information related to the dismissal of Peter Strzok, the top investigator who was removed from the Special Counsel probe for sending anti-Trump text messages to an FBI lawyer.
The Justice Department has abused the people’s trust, Stewart asserted. He added that the House Intelligence Committee would continue to press on contempt charges.

“Arrest Him”

Asman noted that the last attorney general to be held in contempt, Eric Holder, ignored the charges. If the DOJ ignores the contempt charges, it might be necessary to escalate, Stewart responded.
“Congress has to be more willing to enforce our authority, to enforce our prerogatives as the People’s house,” Stewart said.
Watch his full talk on Mueller:

Beyond Contempt

Rep. Stewart and other House Intelligence Republicans had previously threatened to hold the FBI and the DOJ in contempt of Congress for ignoring the House’s requests for information on Strzok’s demotion.
Led by Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the Committee began drafting a resolution on Tuesday charging FBI director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein with stonewalling the House’s Trump-Russia investigation after the agency missed a Monday deadline to produce information.
The Committee issued a subpoena to the DOJ on Aug. 24 asking for an explanation for the July dismissal of Strzok. The reason wasn’t revealed until earlier this month, when outlets including The New York Times broke the story.
“By hiding from Congress, and from the American people, documented political bias by a key FBI head investigator for both the Russia collusion probe and the Clinton email investigation, the FBI and DOJ engaged in a willful attempt to thwart Congress’ constitutional oversight responsibility,” Nunes said.
House Republicans are clearly running out of patience. And with new reporting that another official assigned to Mueller’s probe showed anti-Trump bias in emails, Stewart’s frustration is justified.

Huckabee Sanders Vindicated: Bloomberg and WSJ Walk Back Deutsche Bank Subpoena Story

by JOHN CARNEY

Sarah Huckabee Sanders
The Associated Press

Several major news organizations were forced to provide corrections or clarifications on stories that initially claimed investigators had subpoenaed Donald Trump’s financial records from a German bank.

After an initial report about a subpoena from the German daily Handlesblatt, Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal and other news outlets reported that Deutsche Bank had received a subpoena from Special Counsel Robert Mueller targeting Trump and his family’s bank records. Those reports were disputed by White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Trump’s personal lawyer.
“We confirmed that the news reports that the special counsel had subpoenaed financial records related to the president are completely false,” Sanders said during the White House’s daily press conference. “No subpoena has been issued or received. We have confirmed this with the bank and other sources. I think this is another example of the media going too far and too fast and we don’t see it going in that direction.”
“We have confirmed that the news reports that the Special Counsel had subpoenaed financial records relating to the president are false. No subpoena has been issued or received. We have confirmed this with the bank and other sources,” Trump lawyer John Dowd wrote in an email.
Instead of targeting Trump or his family’s records, the subpoenas were aimed at records that pertain to people or organizations affiliated with the president, according to the corrected stories.
Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal have since issued corrections or clarifications about their stories. “An earlier subheadline said a subpoena from special counsel Robert Mueller’s office requested data and documents about President Trump’s accounts. The subpoena concerns people or entities close to Mr. Trump,” the Wall Street Journal said.
AFP reported late Tuesday that the subpoena sought information about Paul Manafort, the former Trump campaign official who was indicted in October.
The corrections and clarifications come just days after ABC News suspended investigative reporter Brian Ross after he falsely reported that former Trump administration official Michael Flynn had said he was told to make contact with Russian government officials when Trump was still a candidate. Instead, the alleged instructions to contact Russians came after the election, when Trump was president-elect and his team was transitioning into power.

Department of Justice Launches Federal Investigation into Planned Parenthood

by DR. SUSAN BERRY

The Department of Justice is launching a federal investigation into Planned Parenthood’s practices and its alleged involvement in the sale of body parts of aborted babies.

Justice Department Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Stephen Boyd has formally requested unredacted documents from the Senate Judiciary Committee, reports Fox News. According to the news report, the letter requesting the documents – sent to committee chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and ranking member Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) – “is a rare confirmation of a federal investigation.”
“The Department of Justice appreciates the offer of assistance in obtaining these materials, and would like to request the Committee provide unredacted copies of records contained in the report, in order to further the Department’s ability to conduct a thorough and comprehensive assessment of that report based on the full range of information available,” Boyd wrote in the letter obtained by Fox News.
“At this point, the records are intended for investigative use only—we understand that a resolution from the Senate may be required if the Department were to use any of the unredacted materials in a formal legal proceeding, such as a grand jury,” he added.
Breitbart News reported at the end of September that the FBI’s assistant director of the Office of Congressional Affairs had sent a letter to Grassley, informing him the agency was in receipt of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s criminal referrals of Planned Parenthood and its partners in the fetal tissue procurement industry.
“We can confirm the Criminal Investigative Division (CID) of FBI Headquarters received your referrals and sent them to the relevant FBI field offices for review and whatever action is deemed appropriate,” the FBI’s Gregory Brower wrote to Grassley in June.
In his correspondence, Brower apologized to Grassley “for the delay in responding to your inquiry” and indicated receipt of the chairman’s letter, dated April 24, to both former FBI Director James Comey and Attorney General Jeff Sessions “concerning criminal referrals you made on December 13, 2016, to the FBI and Department of Justice.”
Both the Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives conducted expansive investigations into Planned Parenthood and its partners in the biomedical procurement industry. The investigations concerned allegations of profiteering from the sale of fetal body parts that arose from an undercover video series exposé by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP).
The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a felony punishable by up to ten years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000 (42 U.S.C. 289g-2).
The Senate Judiciary Committee referred Planned Parenthood to both the FBI and the Justice Department for investigation and possible criminal prosecution.
Based on its findings, the Judiciary Committee’s Majority Staff Report concluded that Planned Parenthood’s partners in the biomedical procurement industry paid the abortion chain’s affiliates for the body parts of aborted babies “and then sold the fetal tissue to their respective customers at substantially higher prices than their documented costs.”
“The Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) initially had a policy in place to ensure its affiliates were complying with the law, but the affiliates failed to follow its fetal tissue reimbursement policy,” the report continued. “When PPFA learned in 2011 of this situation, PPFA cancelled the policy rather than exercise oversight to bring the affiliates back into compliance. Thus, PPFA not only turned a blind eye to the affiliates’ violations of its fetal tissue policy, but also altered its own oversight procedures enabling those affiliates’ practices to continue unimpeded.”
“This is long-awaited, good news,” says Abby Johnson, who heads And Then There Were None – an organization that helps abortion industry workers leave their jobs.
“Planned Parenthood has actively participated in illegal activity, selling the body parts of aborted babies in exchange for profit,” she said in a statement sent to Breitbart News. “They’ve lied to the very women they purport to fight for. I saw it first-hand when I worked for the abortion giant and yet, they still manage to obtain over half a billion dollars a year in our tax dollars. Congress should immediately halt any money to the abortion giant until the FBI completes their investigation.”
